Returns

You have 7-10 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must also be in the original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

• Digital products or downloadable content

• Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at contact@constructionshop.com.bd] with a photo of the issue.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
